Has a history of using different companies (HSBC) to scam (Silent call) reported by Heisenberg

Looked it up on other sites, has a history of using different companies such as HSBC, Bupa insurance and beauty brands to scam. Lately it's been silent when picked up as said from a few people, I got a silent call too, I called back and was immediately connected through but to their phone's ringing: probably a scam center where the phone is waiting to be picked up and they will listen to what you speak before deciding to scam you or not (A lot of these scams are targetted to mainland Chinese people rather than local Hong Kongers / foreigners, if they hear you speak good perfect Canto or English they won't target you, but if you speak Chinese accented Canto or Mando, then they go for it)
